Beach Trip 2009
Late last night we got back from our beach trip to Ft.Walton Beach, Florida. It’s right next to Destin in case you don’t know your Florida geography
We had a blast!!! The kids loved all the time at the beach and in the pool. Our condo was perfect for our family and in a great location. I learned that my husband makes some pretty fun sand sculptures which the kids were really into. We went to the Gulfarium one morning–if you have been to SeaWorld then don’t bother but Aimee had her heart set on it from the moment she saw it. Havana and Caitlyn are now fans of crab legs and new potatoes for dinner–woohoo only 3 more to convert to loving seafood. We all came back sunburn free which is always a good thing with 5 kids and a light complected husband although some of my kids look like we didn’t use sunscreen and used tanning oil but I promise we did not–I am somewhat responsible
On the way home we stopped in Mobile at the USS Alabama for a couple of hours–the kids loved it!! David and Aimee were into the guns and stuff onboard. It was a really great time for our little family to get away and enjoy some time to hang out together. Enjoy all the pictures that we took trying to capture all of our good times

Just a little update
Things have been busy busy busy around like usual. We just started swim team back up and the 3 big girls are swimming this year. Havana got her ears pierced and loves the way they sparkle now. David is getting more and more entertaining everyday as his personality grows larger than life. Everything is going well with the pregnancy and James and I are just doing the usual and enjoying the kids. Have a good time looking at all the pictures and videos

Just the usual things around here
We are all doing really well and really enjoying the fabulous Spring weather here in Houston. We are keeping busy with visits from family(Spring Break pictures), visits to family (Trip to Jareds house pictures) and just all the other random stuff that happens with our family. To answer the question I keep getting from many of you–No we do not know what we are having yet and we won’t until this baby makes his/her entrance in August. Our house is still on the market so if any of you know anyone moving to Kingwood pass along our info
Enjoy all the pictures we love taking them and making the memories that go with each one.
Finally a real post
Ok so things have been a little nuts the past little while so I haven’t really posted about what has been going on around here. At the end of January we put our house on the market. We are looking ot move into something with a little more space and maybe ,if my hopes come true, a pool. Just in case you haven’t heard baby #6 will be joining us in August and I would like to be settled in a new place long before then. This also explains why my posts and updates have been sparse. The kids are all doing really well growing and loving being kids–what more can you ask for right? So enjoy the pictures and if you know anyone moving to the Kingwood area that might want my house let me know

Good times in January
Ok so I have been a slacker about doing any posts lately. I apologize for my laziness. We have had a bunch of fun this month so rather than run it all down just enjoy all the pictures that we have been taking and know that we are all doing well and keeping busy.

The holidays in a nutshell
Ok so December flew by so fast it was over and gone and we were ringing in the new year before I realized. So here is a little bit of an update. We stayed busy with friends, family, parties at school, party here at the house and lots of other typical Christmas activities. There was dressing up like the Nativity, gingerbread houses, cooking, baking, Santa, glasses were bought for the first time, fireworks and even a little bit of snow. All in all the holidays were a lot of fun and we love spending time with family. Just a little sidenote before you check out the pictures–James got a new camera for Christmas so if you wonder why there are so many it is him figuring out his new toy and having so much fun with it. We are excited for things to come in the new year like visits with family and friends that we have already planned. Check us out and leave comments–the kids love reading what everyone says.

Holiday Season
We are only half way into December and it has already been busy busy busy. The girls were in a spelling bee last week, I helped out with the Nativity at the church and today it snowed. We have a busy couple of weeks a head but love this time of year and all that goes with it.
